The beds are comfortable. Room clean.1st room. Then moved to 347 it was cleaned in a hurry.

I was very upset at the wait i had. I went on line and they asked what time i would like to check in. I choose 11am to 12pm. I arrived at 12:10pm the room was not ready. I understand that they were booked the night before. When online it appear not to be truthful. I had to pay someone to take me there. Find something to do for 3 hrs and pay for another ride there. Inconvient. Maybe you should make it that it lets you know if you can at the time you select or not. Very deceiving and inconvient. The lad i called at the 800 number was rude. Patty. I understand its not guarnteed but i should of be told.

Clearly the best option in the area. Modern look and comfortable room.

The breakfast was better than the typical freebies you get a discount hotels, but a little pricey.

The pool was nice. Rooms were clean.

Dogs were constantly barking inside the hotel. They allow pets. Breakfast wasn't included with the room and prices were fairly expensive.

bartenders and waitresses did excellent job taking care of us

food was kind of pricey. 30 dollar charge for a steak that you could get at red lobster for 15.french fries excellent one meal and then greasy the next time

Bed very comfortable. Food in restaurant excellent; way beyond our expectations.

surrounding tiles inside pool need a good scrub. Directions to hotel very bad as is the current signage to hotel we had to ask atca gas station and the comment there "was everyone misses it". It has the potential to be excellent - hope it makes it.

We had two rooms, one was fine, one did not receive maid service the entire time we were there. We told the Saturday night and again Sunday morning. Sunday night it still had not been cleaned. The toilet was clogged the same time, no one came up to do it until 10:30 Sunday night when we again complained. it was room 249

great access to parks and golf courses for weekend adventures

I loved that this hotel is just over a kilometer from Buttermilk Falls Park, perfect for my morning walks, and I also appreciated how close Olde Stonewall Golf Club is, making it easy to fit in some leisure time .

Parts of the hotel, like where the pool is located, were great. The location was also very convenient for us.

The rooms, however, left something to be desired. We were given a smoking room instead of nonsmoking. It smelled like an ashtray. There was a huge bin in the hall outside our room with dirty water when we checked in Friday. It was still there Sunday when were were leaving. Not sure why it was there. It didn't appear to be catching water. It smelled too. Another couple we were with said their sheets were dirty; luckily ours were clean.

The pool area was quite spacious and offered a nice view, which we enjoyed during our downtime. The location had easy access to local attractions.

The hotel felt run down and dirty upon arrival.

The hotel was clean LOOKINH, however we were ovetcharged and the room had bedbugs which is very unsanitary and nasty.

I could not get my room until after 530. Tried to check in at 100. Went back at 245 and said not ready yet. At the same time I sat in lobby watching 3 different people come in and get a room. Was suppose to get a courtesy call when ready, never received one.
